Once again as a round of the FIA Middle East Rally Championship, 2012 Kuwait International Rally was organized by Kuwait International Automobile Club in cooperation with BMRC.
Under the patronage of the Minister of Information and Minister of Youth, Kuwait International Automobile Club (KIAC) hosted the first FIA Sport Regional Congress for Middle East and North Africa.
