2011 Kuwait International Rally, the 2nd Round of the 2011 FIA Middle East Rally Championship (MERC).

KIAC took charge this year and directly organized this prestigious rally. Preparations for the rally was completed in a record time with very high level of standards which made this rally the best rally organized under the FIA Middle East Rally Championship in 2011.
