Once again as a round of the FIA Middle East Rally Championship, 2012 Kuwait International Rally was organized by Kuwait International Automobile Club in cooperation with BMRC. The organizing Committee was chaired by Sheikh Athbi Al-Sabah and Fuad Abu-Arja was appointed Rally Director and Clerk of the Course.
